Manipal, 26th February 2025: The ABC Laughter Team Manipal celebrated the 73rd birthday of Shri Divakar Alva, Retired Deputy General Manager of Vijaya Bank and a dedicated team member, with great enthusiasm and heartfelt wishes. The ABC Laughter Team, known for spreading joy and positivity through laughter yoga, makes it a tradition to celebrate important milestones such as birthdays, anniversaries, and happy family moments of its members.

The celebrations commenced during the morning laughter session, where Sri Alevoor Doddamane Sridhar Shetty, a senior member of the laughter team, presented a bouquet to Shri Divakar Alva, extending his warm blessings and best wishes. The team, known for spreading happiness through laughter yoga, makes it a tradition to celebrate the special days of its members, and this birthday was no exception!

A Morning Full of Smiles and Good Wishes

The celebrations started during the morning laughter session. Sri Alevoor Doddamane Sridhar Shetty, a senior member of the team, presented a bouquet to Shri Ashok Kumar Shetty, wishing him good health and happiness. The members cheered and clapped as Rotarian Karunakar Shetty led everyone in singing a loud and joyful "Happy Birthday" song.

A Special High Tea at Hotel Anupama

Konkan Delights and Laughter: A Joyous Gathering of ABC Laughter Yoga Members

Human connections are the essence of life. We find joy in sharing laughter, experiences, and aspirations with others. ABC Laughter Yoga is a vibrant community that brings together like-minded individuals from Manipal and Udupi, gathering every morning at the MJC Basketball Court to embrace positivity and well-being.

On 10th February 2025, our esteemed member Sri Sudhir Rao extended a warm invitation to all ABC Laughter Yoga members for a special breakfast and lunch at RSB Hall, Manipal. The occasion was the Brahmopadesham of his beloved grandson, Chi. Abhiram (son of Sri K.P. Abhishek Rao and Mrs. Supriya).

The morning began with a delightful breakfast, where members enjoyed traditional Konkan delicacies that left a lingering taste of home-cooked goodness. As the celebrations continued, many joined for a sumptuous lunch at 12 PM, indulging in authentic Konkan flavours. The members relished the meal and took the opportunity to bless young Chi. Abhiram on this auspicious occasion.

Events like these highlight the beauty of togetherness, tradition, and the joy of sharing delicious moments. ABC Laughter Yoga is more than just a wellness group—it is a family that cherishes laughter, culture, and the warmth of community.
